Weight Loss Tips


1) Drink lot of water – Before every meal you can drink a glass of water; this will allow you to eat less and loose weight. Avoid sugar and alcohol, rich drinks as well.

2) Eat less sugar – You need to stop eating sugar rich foods that will allow you to reduce your sugar levels and get healthy. Drink green tea, studies have shown that you can reduce fat deposit in your body by drinking green tea.

3) Eat more frequently – You should eat smaller amount of foods frequently. This will helps you to eliminate hunger and allows body to deposit less fat. Take a balance diet. (e.g. snack, lunch, breakfast, afternoon and evening)

4) Eat Fiber rich foods – This is not only a weight reduce tip but also very good health tip also. Avoid junk foods like fast foods that are processed foods as much as possible.

5) Exercise – Working is a good exercise that you can do regularly. In the office as well you can walk rather than using elevator.

6) Take your breakfast regularly – You should eat your breakfast daily, this will helps you to be without much hunger for the rest of the day and eating less for lunch as well.

Ayurvedic Way of Loosing weight


Take your dinner at around 5 P.M and eat only vegetables and fruits for dinner. Drink lot of water and don’t eat junk foods, eat fiber rich foods. Exercise regularly.
